Schumer, Founders, and Consent

Senator Charles Schumer has been arguing, most recently at a press conference covered by C-SPAN, that the founders did not intend an automatic right of Senate consent for a judicial nominee.

Who can tell me the irony of Senator Schumer's deference to the intent of those who drafted and ratified the Constitution? Anyone?

you replaced me on your blogroll with the TTLB ecosystem? I feel hurt! Not as hurt as your "insignificant microbe" rating

I have decided to blogroll those who are not on the MOB roll or any other blogroll. And I want to keep in the good graces of TTLB, so I get a good ranking. They haven't actually done the scan yet, so we'll see what member of the animal kingdom I become.

Whatever, you're just afraid that adding more "a href =" code will screw up the look of your blog. It doesn't, and html isn't that hard.
